This was a few months baack but I still have not found the answer yet. I have a Bill Me Later account linked to my PayPal account. I made it 99% through the application for the PayPay Mastercard and was shut down because I already have a Bill Me Later account linked to my Paypal account, and you can only have one or the other (linked).
I thought I had read if you unlink BML from Paypal, it closes your BML LOC. Does anyone have any experience with this? I take advantage of no payments/interest promos BML has (especially for holidays/birthdays) so I don't want it closed.
