For those of you who've gotten a credit limit increase on your card, when you log in to online banking, does it show up as two different credit cards? If so, how long will it be that way? I had a $12k limit at first, and I got an increase on Saturday. So, when I signed in today, the $12k account shows up, my with my $138 balance, and available of $11, 862 and some change, but directly under it is another account, different account number, that says $15k. Is it supposed to be like that? Any help is appreciated.

Did You PC or get a card with a EMV chip?
I've never had a CLI on my PFCU cards but I can tell you they are BY FAR the slowest organization in terms of everything I've ever used.
Slow to post transactions, slow to close accounts, slow to post new accounts etc. Things that take minutes or hours at USAA/Navy takes days at PFCU so it seems par for the course what you are experiencing.
I did not PC or anything. I just asked for a credit limit increase. And yes, they are slow to post. Their system is antiquated though.
when i got a CLI ....the next month it showed the cli on that card.... Did not show a new account
May i ask , What card did you get the CLI on???
The old Plat Cash Rewards, MOAA version. It's weird because it has two different account numbers. Wondering if I'll get another card in the mail. If so, they'll accidentally extended me $27k revolving. I'm not going to tell though ![]()

If possible, pull a credit report and see if a new account is reported. Penfed are well known for creating new accounts when other banks would merely update the old account, but I haven't heard of this happening for a CLI!
If, as another poster asked, you got an EMV card, that would explain it, as, unlike almost other bank I know, getting an EMV chip always seems to generate a new account. In theory, they will merge the old and new after a while, but I have had two accounts (from getting an EMV) for 8 months now.
Edit: As in your most recent post, I didn't bother to complain either as getting an extra $20K line of credit was fine by me!
I'll be checking my CR close to the time when PenFed normally reports. I checked today, but no account yet. Coincidentally, I consolidated two of my BofA accounts on Saturday and closed one, and it has already reported the new consolidated line and the closed account. 14 point jump from adding $15k to the mix (my Visa Siggy wasn't reporting its $15k limit).

You should be getting the new card, because they gave you a new account for some reason
