PenFed Offers/FICO Score Disappeared

I'm curious if others have in the last few days noticed/experienced PenFed Offers/FICO score disappear from the top account screen/bottom right-hand corner of the page.

I think they do this at the start of a new quarter of the year so they can post their pre approval offers when the banners reappear.

My top banner and Offers are back. The Offers section added a personal loan and credit card over the last several quarters' auto loan only.

Has something changed though? I used to be able to see the offers easier. Meaning, I could click the My Offers and see like "Visa Gold" or "Auto Loan" with a corresponding amount and then it would say "Accept."

Now it just shows me "Auto Loan" , "Credit Card" and "Personal Loan" with an "Apply" button.

Is this how the offers are now?
