I was wondering when PenFed Offers will be seen on the website? I'm a new card holder and am hoping to see an offer.

Varies by profile; some folks never get them.  I began getting them after 10 months/1 year, something like that.

How long have you been a member? 

Other than the ubiquitous TurboTax offer, online PenFed offers are targeted although the targeting is generally pretty widespread..  Some people are targeted less than a year after joining, some have been a member for several years and never got a thing.

I've been a member for two years... I've never seen an offer listed online.

However, I've gotten three separate preapproved personal loan offers in the mail (the kind where they actually send you the check in the solicitation).

Maybe after my FNBO card turns into a PenFed card, some activity on my part will produce something on their part...
