PenFed inactivity offer

I haven't used my PF card for like a year. I will now with this offer.

Lol ... you beat me to posting, @NoMoreE46Smiley Tongue

I got the same offer under similar circumstances.

About a year without activity on my Power Cash Rewards and they just sent me this.

I must say, while leaving cards inactive can be risky at times, this is a nice "perk" that sometimes comes out of it!  I also plan to use mine at an effective 12% cash back on $500 spend!  Smiley LOL

Re: PenFed inactivity offer

I got the same offer today for my Platinum Signature Rewards card.  The offer caused me to (temporarily) dig my card out of the sock drawer; given my expected grocery and gas spending over the next month, I'll easily hit the $500 threshold by the end of September.  Smiley Happy

Chapter 13:

  • Burned: AMEX, Chase, Citi, Wells Fargo, and South County Bank (now Bank of Southern California)
  • Filed: 26-Feb-2015
  • MoC: 01-Mar-2015
  • 1st Payment (posted): 23-Mar-2015
  • Last Payment (posted): 07-Feb-2020
  • Discharged: 04-Mar-2020
  • Closed: 23-Jun-2020

I categorically refuse to do AZEO!

In the proverbial sock drawer:

Mine was the Platinum Rewards too.  I will tally up the $500 in fuel.

Not only was this SD but on the chopping block for 2025.  Speaking of which,  you will need to create your annual thread:
