Penfed CLI increase question, is it automatic?

I plan on applying for the PedFed cash back rewards card in about 4 months. 

I was just wondering if PedFed typically does not give CLIs automatically after a period of time with good CC habits, or if I would need to call later to do a hard inquery for a CLI.

Hard Pull after formal request, in my experience.  No auto CLI in 18 months with the card at $10k and heavy use.
