I logged into my account on the 12th and saw I had an offer for another power cash card. So I opted for the cli impose to getting another card. The application went through. I checked back later. It said approved.. But my limit didn't change.. Called them they stated it takes 48 hrs.. Ok.. 48hrs go by.. I check.. Nothing, but now the application says booked. Called back.. The rep states it still processing so it should reflect today. Ok.. Check today.. Nothing! I call in only for this rep to say.. She doesn't see an application.. And then she starts asking me questions about income etc... I'm like wait! I'm not trying to apply for an cli at this moment. I'm trying to see what the status of my last request is.. But she's adamant that she doesn't see my request. However I can see it. And the application number..
What should I do to resolve this?
Or should i just leave it alone.
Would the CLI have taken your card above $25k?
PenFed has a $25k Max limit per card in place. While they let some members break that ceiling, it does take a lot of extra effort to make it happen.
I would just wait it out till next week and see what happens. These CUs are just overwhelmed.

Yea that's what I'm going to do.. The thing that was weird. Was when she stated she couldn't see the application at all.. But I could see it.. Maybe she was new 🤷🏽♀️.. Lol

Booked normally means being processed for disbursement, if you will. Mine said that and then they updated my dashboard with card info. It took a few days before the change was reflected.
Maybe just give it a few more days. It happened on the 12th. Only been 4ish business days. 🤷🏽♀️
My last CLI from Penfed was in late August and it took quite a while for it to reflect on the website. If I recall correctly it was something like 5 or 6 business days and yes I was starting to wonder what was going on as well.
