If you spend $5K a month, you get $250 in gift cards at 5%   Where are you getting $1062.50?

Just for the month, 5000 x 5x = 25000 x 0.0425 = $1062.5, it's not a full 5% CB remember...

It's also not 4.25 cents per point, the redemption factor is 0.85 cents per point.   The $212.50 figure is correct.
