Penfed Survey= APR Reduction

My APR on PCR card 4 months ago at approval was 14.99. Today it went to 10.99 just a side note the loan officer said to get lowest rate your EQ Fico 09 score has to be 840. Seriously lol

Better rate for you courtesy that good ole survey but one question.

 

What does PenFed consider it's lowest APR that they told you must meet a top FICO Score?
