I have run a little study on this. It looks like the amount displayed for "Available Balance" is not updated realtime, but is updated overnight. Unposted charges are reduced from the "Available Balance" but not until the folowing day. I will be bringing this up the next time I converse with the CSR's.

If you click on the available balance it updates to semi-real time.  But the next time you log in, you have to do it again to update that number.

I'll fiddle with that the next time I charge something and see how "semi" it is!
