Ok maybe I blind but is there no option on their website to order a new card? Got a notice to use of lose. So I figured I would put some gas in card, but I can't find my card so was just going to order another one. I can not find that option .

"Replace Card" is an option in the left column of the funky iFrame on this page: https://home.penfed.org/v2/s/member-detail-page

To get there after logging in to the default Accounts page:

click on the blue text name of your credit card

click "Manage Your Card" in the upper right of the screen

I believe you... when I went to login back in to PenFed's site just now, I get trapped at some auth redirect page.  Had to use an incognito window to login again and take screenshots. Also, clicking the "Replace Your Card" option in picture 2 did nothing for me, but clicking "Manage Your Card" led to the choices in picture 3 that seem to work.

Thanks finally was able to order new card. However did same exact steps for dh he got a notice too and  it won't work

We had trouble using the prequal on the site last night. It kept redirecting from the new UI back to the old UI. I tried on different browsers, phone and laptop. I think they're site just has a few bugs they need to work out.

My experience trying to replace a card on the PenFed web site is a bit different:

I went to the "Account Details" page of my card and see a tile titled "Replace Your Card", what is interesting is while the title apears to be clickable, when you click on it, nothing happens.

PenFed's website is awful.  I have login trouble consistently on all browsers and occasionally on the app.
