I have this card. Received a flyer in the mail today that says I can pay my auto insurance premium in full with 6 months same as cash. I was getting ready to pay it with another card, but this promotional financing is enticing. Only problem is, the flyer doesn't say which insurance companies accept the card. It's just a store card, not a Visa or M/C.
When you go to the locator via the website, you can click on the "Additional Auto Parts and Service Locations" tab. The list you will be provided contain various insurance providers, amongst others.

ETA - I hadn't paid much attention to this card previously, but now after looking at the multitude of businesses that accept it, I may give some consideration to it. Had NO IDEA QuikTrip accepts it! So....thanks a bunch! 😁
I have QuikTrip in my region too, but this card gives me 25 cents off per gallon at 66/76 and Conoco stations when I pay in the app. AFAIK that's the biggest per-gallon discount offered by any gas station chain!
Sometimes it's about location/convenience on the fly. Here the Philips/Conoco stations are few and not very close, and are about 20-25¢ higher per gallon to start with. My consideration of the card would be for the car care primarily, not the gas savings. QuikTrip being on the list, (as well as KumNGo) was just a little surprising.
We have hundreds of Casey's here too, and they also take this card
Thanks again for the link! I had no idea my own mechanic took this card!
I didn't find any auto insurance companies on the list, but there's a lot of value in knowing this card works at lots of other places I already shop. I had no idea.
Cool! I saw several insurance agencies in my area, mostly of the smaller independent types. But AAA was listed also, which is inclusive of insurance products I'm sure.

Actually all gas stations take it . It's processed like a discover card for gas . I have had this card for a while . My mechanic takes it .
I don't know about insurance but Summit Racing takes it so I have it to finance my speed parts at 0%. There is a Synch Summit card but they take the generic car care card as well and it's useful at a lot more places as you have found.

The way the card works is synchrony either approves the charge if it qualifies as the right category or denies it if you use it for something that doesn't (for example wawa pump gas will work, wawa inside won't work, autozone will work, advance auto parts will not) its actually on the discover network so anything that takes discover will accept that card, the only question is whether synchrony let's the charge go through. So if they're saying you can use it for insurance as long as it codes correctly in their system you should be good to go if they take discover.
