Possible Victoria's Secret CLI??

I opened my Victorias Secret card in Sept and got a $250 credit.. My bill is due tomorrow but I made a $95 payment in the store on Thursday. I just looked at my account at it says:

View and search transactions
View, download, or search your past transactions.

Account details
Current balance: $152.95
Available credit: $192.00

Statement date: 11/21/2012
Statement balance: $247.95

If my balance was 247.95 and I make a payment of $95, shouldn't my available credit be 97.05??

In just confused as to why my credit limit says $250 but my available credit is $192.
