I have read that Capital One credit cards can be paid by debit card if you call to make a payment. Here is a possible play to double dip:
Would a Myficor with both a Capital One rewards card and Paypal key being willing to try this and report back here whether it succeeded or not.
I would test this myself; but I don't have a Capital One credit card.

It's like spending, only... manufactured. Interesting. Would probably work best using an American Express card for payment, though. They love rewards abuse.
(Normally discussions of MS methods are prohibited and removed here, but this absolutely positively has no chance of faring better than getting the PayPal debit card and hitting up the ATM.)
