Pre-Qualification Confusion

All,

Hopefully, this is the correct section; please move if needed.

I am confused with my current pre-approvals/pre-qualifications and am concerned I did something wrong.

Stats:

Currently Open:

PayPal 2% - Opened 11/17 Balance 0, Limit $18,000, monthly spend about $1,000

Amex Gold - Opened 8/2018 - monthly spend about $1,750

Chase Freedom AU - Added 2001 - balance $3,000 Limit $30,000

Amex Business Employee cards (2) - I know these do not impact personal

Open Installment loan at 6% of the original balance

Various closed credit cards all positive from a while ago (didn't realize I shouldn't close...)

One Chase Charge-off DOFD 2012 - will drop in July

Scores via Experian 3-Bureau pulled today

Ex 738, TU 830, EQ 833 (the chargeoff only shows on Ex)

AAoA 9.6 across the board

Before I got the Gold card, I would check pre-qualification from time to time and had great solid offers from all major issuers except Chase.  Now when I check, I get fewer options, no solid APRs (or middle of the road APRs whereas before they were the best level), only entry-level cards, etc.  I have no idea why?  When I was approved for Gold, my score was 722, so that is up now.  I check my reports often, nothing fishy.  The only thing I can think of is when I opened the Gold I was offered Pay Over Time ($20K at 20%) which I declined.  Yes, I know this is a Charge Card, and I pay the balance every month.

Any thoughts?  It doesn't matter except I would like to get the Marriott Business card before the AF increases in March (and it is kind of freaking me out).  After that, I am not applying for anything until after July when all accounts are clean.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Re: Pre-Qualification Confusion

Forgot to mention 1 Ex pull (Amex) and 1 TU pull (Synch, over a year old).

With your AAoA, scores, and cards, you should be able to get what ever you want.

I always just apply for the card I want, have never even looked at pre-qualification pages.

My only thoughts lower your Chase Freedom CL <  8.9% and maybe wait for the charge-off to leave.
