I have a question. The Citi Prestige (along with other credit cards) give the user and AU a Priority Pass membership. I have a question, is entry free or not? The Prestige T and C are confusing me. The first one says:
But then number six says:
6. Lounge visits are subject to a $27 per person per visit charge. Priority Pass may amend the lounge visit charges at any time on providing 30 days' notice in advance of such change. Where the cardholder receives the Priority Pass card through third party card issuer, any changes in lounge visit charges shall be notified to Citi, who is responsible for advising the cardholder. The cardholder agrees that the Priority Pass Group of companies is not responsible for any disputes that may occur between the cardholder and Citi nor for any loss incurred by the cardholder relating to any lounge visit charges debited by Citi.
So is entry free with PPS membership or not?
It is free. You have unlimited access and so do the guest/immediate family as long as they are with you. However, after you reach the threshold of allowed guests, varies by lounge at times, then it's $27 per extra guest.

At that point my AU with her own PPS membership can then get people in with her, correct?

That's correct
How do these lounges compare with delta's? And then, how prevalent are they?

+1
Number 6 is more of a disclosure for the consumer in the event that the issuer and firm (airline, hotel, etc) have a falling out, disagreement, or are in the middle of some sort a transition in partnering with a different company/issuer IMO.

Download LoungeBuddy on the App Store or Android Market That will tell you which lounges you have access to.
They are pretty diversified. But I think that Delta Lounges, like AC or United, are better than PPS lounges.
