Ok, Slow down just a minute.. I understand the frustration.. this may take a little time to fix, but it is something that can be fixed.. the people on this thread are trying to help,
So.. step 1: .. Take a deep breath.. be mad all you want, but thats not going to resolve this situation
Step 2.. pull all 3 Credit reports, from all three bureaus.. not just experian.. pull EQ, and TU as well.. Annual Credit Report.com will help with this portion
Step 3.. Somewhere on one of those three reports there should be an account responsibility section... sometimes its hard to find.. but it should be on there..
After above three steps, lets revisit this.. and figure out which way to go..
Yes def frustrated, been trying to fx my credit the last year and now i find that my freaking aunt decided to consolidate her debt and stop making payments, anyway im not mad at u guys i appreciate u guys helping very much, i will pull my 3 Credit agencys right now and tell u what i see, but i do appreciate u guys helping very much.

Did you do one directly at transunion and equifax too or just this Experian tri merge?
transunion.com/dispute
Hmm that's weird it should show responsibility. It probably has to do with the interface of the service that you are using.
Anyhow, you can also try giving Experian a call and ask a CSR over the phone. They should be able to read out to you on what's showing on their screens. Other than that, you will have to contact Chase directly. Try contact the lending department, EO, and also regular customer service.
If the account is indeed yours or joint, then follow steps in this thread: http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/General-Credit-Topics/Victim-of-Identity-Theft-What-To-Do-to-Protect...
You may want to contact your Aunt as well to try settle this debt, because once you file a police report she's most likely going to be in trouble. However, the damage will continue to remain on your CRs if you settle it this way.
If the account is AU, then just dispute with the bureaus about the account not being yours.
It may be more detailed if you get 3 individual separate reports. That's what I did and it shows which ones I'm an AU on and which ones have an AU on mine. You should be able to get them for free. I forget the site....freeannualcreditreport.com? Someone please chime in...
her amex is current?
