Provident World+ Travel™ Credit Card

Hey guys, so I'm from the bay area - Oakland, CA and I've had this local credit union for a long time and they recently just launched a new credit card for travelers. So, essentially its $45/y with first year waived and $100/y on priority pass every year. Let me know what you guys think!

The card is great for the first year, no annual fee, 0% APR for 12 months, TSA Precheck/Global Entry and free Priority Pass for 12 months. After the first year, it is a mediocre card with 2% on travel/dining and 1% for all other purchases for $45 annual fee.
