How do you chat with Cap1?

Correct. However, you can still get that product level. My old HSBC/Household MC became a Platinum MC, then a QS1 MC, then a QS MC, and is now a V1 WMC. I'll probably see if I can go back to QS once my 6 months are up.
This is exactly why Capital One will always be a part of my credit card portfolio. A love button plus possible options as those you stated above does for the most part create loyal users. I plan on PCing my QS1 to a QS before the end of the year, after another CLI of course. ![]()
@Anonymous wrote:Hey guys, just wanted to share that Cap 1 upgraded my QS1 to a QS with NO AF. I just had my 5th statment cut!
Now if they would only give me CLI on my cards!
CONGRATULATIONS! How long have you had QS1? 5 months?
@Anonymous wrote:Awesome. I am going to chat to see if they can upgrade mine. The last time I asked they said no.
How long have you had your QS1? Was it upgraded from an inferior product?

It started at 500$ then I hit the love button on the second statement and was givin $1500. I have another QS and I've had it for a year today and it's only at $1300 😔
I too have only been with Capital One for a year and started out with $500.00 each card. My credit score was really low, around 550+ (around last May) and now it's at 740. I started out with inferior products which I can't remember the names of them, but they are now QS and QS1; they now stand at $3,500 and $4,000. Pretty good I think for a student.
