If I make a purchase on the card of a decent size and continue charging on the card while continuously paying down the balance each month(still in the 0% intro period) will I still earn the rewards?

Re: Question About Discover 0% APR Period

Yes, i recently got a disco and called to ask a csr a whole list of questions i had written down.

The way she explained it was the only difference when you are carrying a bt transfer amt is for the period until you pay off the bt amount when you make a monthly payment the minimum card payment is satisfied and the rest of the payment goes toward the bt.

example- your monthly payment due is 30 bucks, you make a 300 buck payment, 30 goes toward your min monthly payment and 270 goes towards your outstanding bt bal.

all the cb rewards accrue during that period during paying off the bt.
