Re: Question about Citi CLI

A couple weeks ago I got a SP CLI on my Simplicity. Got the prompt that if I wanted more I could request addition CLI with HP. I declined.

Does anyone know if it's now too late to request HP CLI that was offered? I'm wondering if the 6 month rule between CLIs now applies.

I asked CS via online chat. They said it's not too late, but rumor has it that Citi CS may occasionally give inaccurate info. Thanks!

call CSR and ask to be transfered to a credit analyst. A credit analyst should be able to answer your questions. They're also the ones who process CLI requests, so if you decide to do it, they can give you an answer right away.

What is the difference between the information a lender sees on a HP vs what a lender sees on a SP? Is it just gettting the FICO score or does even more show up on a HP?

Exact same thing. If there are any difference, it's due to the way the lender's systems are set up. Certain lenders restrict certain information from being shown to regular CSRs to protect customers' information.

A SP may be outdated depending on when it was done. A HP is done on the spot so the information is most up to date.
