Question for those who use Citi's Thankyou network

How has your experience been so far?

How would you rate it compared to similar services provided by other companies?

Also whats the rate for statement credit? I need to log in to see that information and don't have my card yet Smiley Sad.

Re: Question for those who use Citi's Thankyou network

I'm very happy with the Thank You Network. I do all of my banking with Citibank/Citicorp/CitiCards/Citi Global Markets (in partnership with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, former Citi Smith Barney), and I get a fair share of points thanks to it, plus my two Thank You Point-based credit cards.

Due to my extensive relationship with Citi's family of companies, I earn 1,200 in points per month simply for having 7+ banking products with Citi, plus the points I receive from my credit cards. It's very unified, and I'd give it up a high rating when compared to other services.

And ... rate for statement credit? As in, how would I rate it, or...? Care to elaborate on that one a bit? Smiley Happy

Hello,thanks for your reply.

Rate as in the number of points for a statement  credit. Like how many points would I need for $25 statement credit.
