Hello guys, I have few questions before I go into app spree
I currently have 6 inquiries, I believe oldest credit card is 10 month, College student, 11k income
Got BOA Secured Card- $300 CL / Discover It for student- $1k CL / Capital One Journey Student- $500 CL
and I'm thinking about to go into app spree
My choices are:
Chase freedom vs Chase sapphire (sapphire sounds great.. btw I don't mind paying annual fee)
Miles by Discover (Free 12k Miles first year?)
Amazon Reward Visa (80% of my online purchase comes from Amazon)
Capital one Quicksilver-VISA signature (Heard it's hard to get?)
--for these I'm thinking about to apply as soon as I unsecure my card, or now?
BOA better Balance Rewards
BOA travel reward for student
BOA Accelerated Reward card - BOA Amex
I don't know which one to apply!
any suggestion?

Income is low and so is your history IMHO I would pick 2 cards out that you really wanted and try those
Best chances would probably be BofA and maybe Freedom
I would not go for the list you have outlined it will result in a lot of INQ's and denials ........sorry

+1
I'd even add, possibly 1 CC instead of 2. OP - Your profile is fairly thin and would need some aging before you can even entertain CS/CSP, BOA Amex, Cap1 QS Sig. Income needs to increase as well to leverage any higher spending power.
I think you should try for the Amazon rewards Visa since you would get decent use out of it. Unless you love the 5% categories for the Freedom and would really benefit from them, I dont think that card would be a prudent choice at this time. You will most likely not qualify for CSP at this time, perhaps your chances with them would be better once you establish a relationship via the Amazon card. Let the type of limit you receive on the Amazon card be a guide to what you should be expecting from other cards. If they give you 1k or more you should wait until it reports to try for another card to increase your chances of getting a higher limit. Then try for one of the rewards cards from BofA, whichever you think would best round out your collection and suit your needs, I think based on your income level a student card would be your best bet for approval.
Thanks for the comment guys!
Now I'm thinking,
-Citi Forward for College Students
-Citi Dividend Platinum Select for college student
-Amazon reward visa card
any recommendation? which one should I apply first?

I'd try for the Forward. Its for students, and it has a good bookstore discount so it will work for most of your Amazon purchases.
Those 3 card choices would each probably pull your Experian credit report. I dont suppose you know what reports the other cards pulled, or what any of your credit scores were (and when)?

No idea, but I just applied to Amazon reward visa card and approved with $700 CL!!
You can always apply for the Citi Forward as well. 5X dining and entertainment (bars, clubs included) is hard to pass up for a college student.
For the sapphire, you ought to wait. You don't have any CLs close to 5k, and your income is too low to make use of that card. You might not even be able to meet the sign-up bonus w/o manufactured spending.
Another card you can consider is the Sallie Mae Mastercard.
Congrats on the Amazon approval
and.... boom
Applied to Citi Forward for College Students and got CL of $2,400!!!!
