Re: Quicksilver Question

To quote someone hit reply and then above the area that you type in there is a "Quote" button, hit it as well. My guess is that it will take several months once you opt back in for you to have pre-qual offers show up.

Re: Quicksilver Question

I had their secured card for a little less than a year when I got the QS with a 500 limit. After 5-6 months, they bumped it 2k CLI.

Re: Quicksilver Question

As per the OPs question - I think your scores are definitely well over the threshold for a QS card. A limited credit history may be a concern.

Have you utilized the search function on this forum to gather some recent Cap1 data points with regards to credit history? I would highly recommend you do so as there is a ton of useful info out here.
If you're still undecided after the research, I suggest a cold app for a QS card. Yes it's a triple pull but my hunch is you get the QS; most likely as your highest credit limit..

Re: Quicksilver Question

@ TruBlu- I have searched the forums quite a bit looking for info. Many of those who were approved for the QS Visa had their longest account open for 2 years at minimum. I'm not sure how much weight they'd give to the BOA that I'm an AU in which is why I'm waiting until my Discovery card hits a year.

Thanks everyone for your input! Although, I know getting approved isn't a sure thing, you all confirmed my thoughts on it and made it a bit easier for me to apply when the time comes.
