Quicksilver upgrade

Hello I wanted to know how I would go about upgrading my quicksilver1 capital one m/c to a Quicksilver visa card , current CL is 7.5k

Just call customer service and ask if you can do a product change. They will let you know if you can, and what the available options are. You can also do it in the online chat. The whole process only took me about 5-10 minutes.

I would just ask them through online chat. That's how I did my upgrade from Platinum to QS. Took all of 3 minutes.

i did and they told me their can upgrade a m/c to visa that i would have to apply for a visa QS account... was yours a m/c?

With Cap One, when you PC, you keep the card network. I had a Platinum MC, which I upgraded to a QuickSilver One MC. When I upgraded to QuickSilver, it remained MC, but has the same function as their Visa. OP, is there a particular reason you want to switch payment networks?

Oh ok i just looked they PC my QS1 mc to QS wmc , i assumed that visa QS was what it is PC to , but im fine with it thanks alot for the advice
