I would wait on the Chase reallocations, reading some of your recent posts, you have been on some heavy app sprees, wait until yours reports have cooled down or you might  face Chase AA.

AA - Adverse Action i.e. CLD, closure, etc.

Sometimes lenders get spooked with increased activity on your reports.  They'll see the new accounts and might pull back some of your CL's.
