Re: Random US Bank call

They have called me. They are pretty cool bank IMHO. they gave me a 4000$ CLI not long ago taking me to 13k. Said because the admire how well I handle my account so here's an extra 4000$ CLI.
They defiantly want to make sure they make their customers happy. One of the banks that gave me a shot with a not so good CR. Was my first signature card too. Started me out at 9000 SL. I thought they closed it when I logged into my account so I called them right away.
I told her it shows nothing for an available credit. The SR laughed and said yes your card will show that because the amount is just a soft cap and you can go over the amount just make sure you pay the overages in full.
I was like WOW. So I was pretty stoked.

Re: Random US Bank call

I've gotten both a permanent  APR reduction as well as temporary/promotional offers.

Re: Random US Bank call

This sounds close to a spear phishing or ciminal tactic to get some basic information (or more) from you.  I wouldn't give personal information to anyone who calls me cold.
