I want to earn some rewards by using my "refer a friend" links. Some have exceptional credit, some not so good or not at all. My friend and I recently both received $50 from Discover so I figured I'd sit down one night and put something together to get more. Also just curious of your opinion. I realize not all of these currently offer a referral link.
Most were instant (30 day message with Chase SP & FDM) Citi Double cash was hands down the most difficult. I got denied 3 times several months apart and reconned the last one with multiple calls to get that.
Discover IT
Chase Freedom, Saphire preferred, and Amazon Prime
Citi Double Cash
Amex, PRG, Platinum, SPG, SPG Business, Everyday
Capital One Quicksilver
BOA Cash Rewards
EDIT: Please keep in mind that all of these things would obviously be taken into considertion. Part of this is because I enjoy helping out. I know several people that dont even have credit cards or have weird ones and know nothing about the perks they could be getting instead.
There were a couple comments below that mentioned the following list of things. I should have been more clear when I said "I want to put something together".
Then there's the matter of meeting minimum spend and actually using the perks. Can your friend meet $5k minimum spend on Platinum, and will he or she use the perks?
Are you planning on letting friends app for the card that fits their plans, or steer them toward the easiest approval / best referral?
and I presume full disclosure goes along with the Platinum recommendation about the up front AF?
I will byte...
Easiest to get to hardest to get
1)Cap1 Quicksilver
2)Discover
3)Amex cards
4)Chase Cards
5)BofA Cash Rewards (not partial secured)
6)Citi card
Assume overall a clean profile and not over 5/24 rule for chase, etc...

+1, CreditCuriousity is on the money
Cards don't always fall onto a simple scale like that.
Does someone have some not-terribly-old baddie with Amex or Chase? That alone might lead to a denial.
Is someone over 5/24? Probably forget Freedom and CSP.
Insufficient income causes some CSP denials.
Citi can be averse to very recent inquiries.

On some cards, your friend would be better off waiting for a better bonus and then just giving you money out of pocket.

With those assumptions they are all easy to get,
I don't particularly think that any of them stand out as cards that are significantly easier or harder to get than the others on the list.

I've seen people have trouble getting in with Chase but I am assuming they were hiding an old baddie or didnt tell us that they had burned them on some level in the past. But once you get in, you're in so thats nice. I've had multiple Chase cards and they have some of the best rewards I have personally used.
Instead of looking at the cards that are easiest to get, OP should give more metrics to the situation and we could have more fun debating on the best rewards structure for the friends

I think @wasCB14 said it in a better way than i did as there are so many factors than to just use a broad brush approach.. I just threw something quick together and a few disclosures obviosuly 5/24 would throw chase out if someone was over it for CSP/Freedom and the likes.. There is going to be no perfect answer especially if someone burnt a lender had a BK or whatever each lender has their things they don't like, but I can be pretty sure Cap1 is the easiest and BofA and Citi are the toughest of the list presented if other factors aren't in play. such as introducing Bk's, CO's, CA's, 5/24, etc....

Yes, of course. All of this would be taken into consideration. I enjoy helping my friends with these kinds of things too. That's part of it as well. That's why we're all here, right.
