Got a response from them within 10 minutes saying they would review my file and get back to me shortly. I didn't expect to hear anything until this week as it was already Friday evening when they responded. But I was hoping to hear something back either Monday or today and so far...nada.
Does it normally take them a few days to respond? I was thinking I'd give it until tomorrow or Thursday to write back again. What's the normal turn around time for Cap One EO? Most within 1 week Should I send an e-mail, rather than going through FB? I would not have used FB and gone straight to email the EO, now you need to wait for their response on this request.
