Yeah looking at the thread here on peopel postijng scores, there all over the place. i dont think i should take the hard pull risk.
BK7 was discharged 12/14, I burned Barclays for 1200 and Cap1 for $600. Opened up a Credit One account 3 mos post BK with scores in mid to upper 5's. I'm now 11 mos post BK and my spouse put me on as AU on Cap1 Platnium with 2250 CL. Never had more than 10% on either card. Also, March 2015 went to pre qual site and nothing showed, went back to it 3 more months and still nothing (thinking since I burned them for $600 I was dead to them for awhile), then the AU Cap1 account started showing on all 3 bureaus the scores jumped up (47 pts in one shot on TU which is now 641), I decided to try again last Thurs but this time I was shown Platnium, QS and both Ventures.
I didn't want to be greedy and thought I could get a QS with $500-$1000 CL but when it came back with $3000 CL I was floored. The forums say I should app for a 2nd as most times they use same pull which I did immediately for the Venture. I didn't want to see my decline so I clicked on another window tab I had opened and waited, when I came back to the Cap1 window it didn't show an approval screen (Congratulations) like before but had the pull down tab and when I clicked it, it showed CL $10,000 and rate at 17.9%, just like the pull down tab for my QS. I Thought, I can't possibly be approved for this card and let alone 10k.
Got email 1 days later that said welcome aboard with what I was approved for (3k) 1 day later email that your card ending in 8032 has been shipped but no email about 10k, that email with approval went to Junk folder. I received my QS yesterday and Venture came today and linked that to my phone app showing 3 cards, these 2 cards and the card I burned them on. Btw.. Income is 64k, crazy isn't it!

+1

But not sure if I should apply or not. Only scores I have are the FICO from Discover which is 680 but my TU from Cap One is 642. I've made payments on time everytime for 4 months yet this score has not changed weird. It says though Cap one does not use that score antways. I have a QS1 for 6 months all full payments. Income also 45000 I was not pre qualified btw
I would wait until scores are in the 700's.
