Recon citi SL?

is it possible to recon the SL using the same HP?  Just approved for the DC with 3.7k.  My first account with them (back in with them after burning them previously). Or would the better option be to wait 6 months?

Unfortunately no. I got my DC back in January and was less than enthused about the SL. I read on here that it would be another HP and sure enough when I called the EO thats what the rep stated. She said they were trying to work on a new system where this isn't the case but didn't know when this might happen.

I got my Citi DC in March. The SL was $3,500 so when I got it, I requested a CLI. They doubled it to $7,000 but it cost me a HP.
