What credit card shopping mall do you use if you want to buy luxury goods? If you need some Gucci shoes or Prada belts, what card and rewards mall do you use?
Ebay is the best place to buy belts. Don't worry about the rewards since you can save a lot more buying there. You can probably find the shoes there but it might take a couple days to find your size in the ones you want.

I'd be hesitant to buy anything expensive on Ebay. Maybe it's just me but I've had some bad experiences. Since you have a BCP, you get 3% back at department stores. Why not try some of the higher end stores like Nieman Marcus or Nordstrom? Also the Chase UR Mall has some decent bonuses going on right now - for example 4 extra points/dollar at Nordstrom.com (5% back).
Buy Visa/MC gift card at office supply store using Ink card earning 5 pts per dollar, use that to buy belt.
