Great story in those numbers!!!  DH was 804 with 1 bank card, 1 mortgage & 1 installment.  Gotta love the simplicity of it!! (And of course, gotta love having scores in the 800's)

I just closed my GEMB Walmart card (which is showing up as a "Sales Financing" account on both my mortgage pull & my CCT) so -1 for me.
