i aquired my blue cash on october 12th, 2010 with 19.24% apr. in april of 2011 they reduced it one lousy percentage point to 18.24. i have now only enjoyed 10.24 now for less than 2 days.

So, are those of you have had your APR reduced carrying balances?  If so, does your new APR apply to those older balances or just to new transactions moving forward?

im not and wasn't carrying a balance when they offered to lower to 10.24
