My question is with Synchrony if I call credit solutions will they up my cash advance limit? My total limit on my card is 10K but my cash advance limit is $500. My other card through them is also 10K but the cash advance limit on that one is 2K.
Are you planning to take a cash advance on the card? If not, why bother?
Agreed, why bother

I have several Synchrony accounts and the cash advance limits vary. While I have never used the cash option on my cards, you can give CSR for the specific card and learn of how they determine the cash advance limits.

I would never take a cash advance against a CC; let alone a store card/cobranded bank card.
Me, either.
Out of all the posts in this thread only 1 addresses the OPs question, lets try to answer the OPs concerns in all threads. You can certainly add you admonishments to such action but they should be secondary to what the OP is after. I thank you for your help and understanding on this.
OP to answer your question give them a call and ask that it be raised to 20% of the limit this is their standard and I have not heard of anyone exceeding it.
synch cash advances arent that bad, if they are on a sams card in club, the PLCC is $60 a day no fee, and the MC is $100 I believe. Standard grace period applies. No clud on how to get the CA limit adjusted.
