Sallie Mae MasterCard CLI...soft or hard pull?

Hi,

My wife has a Sallie Mae MasterCard with $6000 CL. It was opened in March first week. Since then she has always PIF. She wants to try her luck with a CLI but she does not want a hard enquiry. It will be helpful if people can post their experiences with CLI on this card.

Barclays is known for auto CLI at 6 month and 12 month interval of time since opening the card. If you wait it out, you might get one. If they request, like other posters have stated it will be HP.
