Sears/Citi GW letter successful

I goodwilled Sears/Citi MC about a five year old baddie back in early July. I hadn't heard from them by late August and called them to check on the status. The rep I spoke to was very helpful and gave me another address to try. The delinquency was so old that he couldn't access it (although it sounded like he would have deleted it right there). I wrote the new address with basically the same letter and two days ago I received a letter confirming that they would "update" the new reporting agencies. Took awhile, but it was worth it. I now have no baddies, and I had 749-780 with three the last time I checked. I'm going to check again in December or so to see if I made it to the 800 club yet (with at least one of the agencies). If anyone wants to GW Sears/Citi, my advice to be patient and persistent.
