Am in the process of rebuilding my credit and I want to know which secured credit card that in not SUBPRIME (Applied Bank ) and NOT reporting as SECURED CARD other than capital one since i already have it . I heared allot about state department fedreal credit union and i hear the report as secured , I really appreciate your feed back.

While your in the process of rebuilding it reallty doesnt matter what the card is reporting as, you need to take account the positive history your getting from the account and Cap1's card is by far the best one you can pick up. Use it for a year then axe them and pick up prime accounts.
If your still not satisfied with using C1 I would suggest going to a local CU and getting details on their secured product.
