Seeking some information regarding the rewards on Shell Gas Card ....

I read thread about reporting on this card ...  How about rewards program?

I saw the sign posted at Shell Stand says $0.38/Gallon Rewards with Shell Gas Card.  If you refuel 10 Gallons, you will get $3.80 back?  This is way better than 5% reward points!!  

As of today, the gas station normally I go charges $3.34/gallon and cheapest Shell in my area charges $3.44/gallon.  It is $0.10/gallon different and $1.00 different if refuel 10 gallons. 

But!! if refuel with Shell Gas card, price will be $3.06/gallon.  This is $0.28/gallon cheaper than other's.

Is this Shell Gas Card is worth to own it?  Please someone help me ....  Thanks!

Yes in calculation wise, but not sure about own it.

I have the Shell Commercial card, so don't get the rewards from it, but use to have a personal one, back then they didn't give the rewards with it either.

but im all for gas cards that give the rewards, I currently use the speedway chase card

You're right, only for new accounts. And then the 10% rewards is only good for I think 45 days. The reward is given as a credit towards future gas purchases. You have to get the Shell MC/Visa(I can't remember which it is) and not just the gas card. I have the gas card, and it got me a $25 gift card by purchasing 100 gallons of gas in 90 days.

Wow!!  That's good for you!!    Thanks for the information. 

I don't mind the rewards is given as a credit towards future gas purchase, but I don't like the 10% rewards is limited time only.
