Called and spoke with a Senior credit analyst, can confirm that it is always a hp when requested. We have been banking with BofA for quite sometime now. No complaints.

It's been all positive. Super generous credit limit increases, quick charge dispute resolution, quick fee waiver, responsive customer service, easy approval. I have had accounts with about 10 lenders, and BofA has been the best so far.
