Should I ask BOA to Unsecure my Cash Rewards Visa?

I have had my bank of american secured visa going on the 8th statement. Today I checked myfico.com's experian and transunion report/ scores. 

Fico score from myfico/ transunion - 688

Fico score from myfico/ experian 641

and Equifax myfico 640

I think boa pulls transunion. Would they see my fico score at 688? The myfico transunion report says good credit with lots of positive things! I was so happy because I have been working so hard to get back up to the 700's for a while and equifax and experian have been stuck for a while. I currently am only carrying about 11% revolving debt and have a badie from 3 1/2 years ago. 

Should I wait it out and or contact boa for a early graduation?

I would call the backdoor number for secured cards and ask if they will pull TU... if yes, then go for it.

upon unsecuring, then tomorrow call regular backdoor credit analyst and they will use the same pull and ask for a nice fat CLI!

Thanks! I have a lot of inquires on my report and do not want more but for some reason I just want this card to unsecure!

I am actually requesting mine unsecure in a few weeks when my new NFCU balance posts to TU. Only had it 6 months. Earliest I have seen unsecured is 5 months. As long as your util is low and you don't have any unpaid new baddies, I think you have a very good chance. Good luck!
