Should I ask for HSBC CLI

My score has dropped since I have gotten my GM Card, had for one year no auto cli. I have a 16k limit with a 12k bal. Should I push the luv button and chance the hard inq. Any thoughts?

That wont happen overnight, I will probably wait a while I noticed a few softs on my EQ from them... however I have called them for a lower APR, GM card started with their lowest APR 14.24v I am down to 10.99v with a floor of 9.99v... Maybe a magic 800 number?
