+1 You can hit the button online, but from reading the forums people seem to get higher increases by calling. I've always just hit the button though myself.

I never called either my Walmart started as a $700 store card and just hit the love button every 4th statement with a small balance showing. Not always approved but not bad after 3 years with a $25k net income a year.
