Capital one said they would fix it but would take 60 days, I tried to argue with some guy this morning that it's practically instant if you actually sent the info over to the credit reports, he said it wasn't cap1 that creates the delay itt's the credit report agency... NOT TRUE!!!

I tried to just dispute it with credit directly, figured this was a slam dunk clear problem, boy was i wrong, someone confirmed it as correct somewhere along the way.. it's so hard to get in touch with someone that actually knows what they are doing
