Stash Visa

My girlfriend wants to apply for this card, I haven't really heard about it all I know is that it has no FTF and seems like a decent card! What CR do they pull for the initial approval? And what scores would be in line for a approval? Her scores are all 685-700 Fico 8.

Re: Stash Visa

They pull transunion.  My score was 729 at the time of approval.

Re: Stash Visa

Just keep in mind:

1. Limited footprint.

2. AF second year.

3. Mediocre rewards (bonus, earn rate, cpp value).

With 685-700 scores, it might be worth aiming higher...

She just app'd and it said they can't give a decision at this time, they'll write to her in 5-7 days.. Is there any way to call to see the status? Or a CSR? Underwriting?

Re: Stash Visa

Her score is more than enough for a Synchrony card, call Credit Solutions?

Re: Stash Visa

Her score may be a little low for approval for a Synchrony Visa (would be fine for a Synchrony store card, but they can get a little more selective on the Visas/Mastercards) - good luck and I hope it all works out! Smiley Happy

Depends on the card. Sam's Club Mastercard= 730 + if you don't want to risk being given the store card.

Plus, it also depends on what else is in her credit file, AAoA, etc. Nothing is entirely dependent upon score.

Did she get a screen that looks like this?

If so, it may just be verification.
