Still no Amex ED MR points?

Hi! I got an Amex EveryDay card the beginning of November. My second statement cut yesterday, and I still have 0 points.

I have 155 points pending from December, but no points from November, pending otherwise.

I'm going to online chat later (because the phone CSRs are pretty terrible - it took 3 calls and 8 CSRs to get an RFID version of the card last month) to see what's up, but I'm wondering if anyone else who recently got an ED card is having a similar issue.

Your 155 pending points are for your  November spend.

It takes a while for any AmEx rewards to post.  It's not just next cycle but next cycle plus a few days.

The time I chatted with them about this very thing, they said points post next statement + up to 10 business days.

I have had the same thing happen to me and they told me everything is fine when I called AMEX.

They are being slower on the cash back, points. Took long time for cash rebate to show up for SimplyCash. Used to post within few days, just posted today, 12 days after statement cut.
