Yesterday, I sent a private message to Navy Federal Credit Union through my account and was asking for the possibilities of providing free monthly FICO scores for their members in the future, just like DCU, PSECU and Walmart Credit Cards do. Today, instead of answering or commenting on my question, they deleted my message and sent me a link to the digital copy of their privacy policy.
Does this mean:
1. They are not happy that I am asking?
2. Getting a copy of monthly free FICO score violates their privacy policy?
Note: NFCU privacy policy can be searched by Google to the public.
It talks about what they can do with your social security number so maybe they have some interpretation of that which prevents them from providing FICO scores.
ill send a message right now and see what happens!

Could just be coincidence -- especially considering that others received the privacy policy as well. Remember, coincidental != causal.
Now, why did they delete my message without answering or commenting on my question then? Puzzling...
