Strategy for getting $6,000 in BT? Request it all in one shot, or maybe just some of it?

I want to get about $6000 in BTs from 3 accounts on a new card application. It looks like Discover is the way to go. What's my best bet? Maybe BT 1 or 2 of them so as to not appear desperate? If I have any CL left, then transfer the other(s)?

Or just request all that I want and see what happens?

CR is probably in the high 600s/low 700s. Just a few baddies, nothing over 60.

(Just wanted to add that if denied some of that amount, another account could be opened too. Nothing opened recently.)

I usually do the BT all to a card that is easy to get a check from for the overage so I only get one fee. My CapOne card always seems to have fee free checks, so it's a good card to BT away from and then write a check off of.
