I have a Sapphire Preferred with a 9k limit, a Freedom Unlimited with a 5k limit and a Slate with a 4K limit. I called today to see if I could PC and was told the only product available to me right now was the Freedom Unlimited. He said hold on one second then offered to change my Freedom Unlimited to a Freedom which let the screen allow him to change my Slate to a Freedom Unlimited. Since the Freedom had to have a 5K limit, they moved 1K from my Sapphire Preferreds limit to the Slate. Finally! I have my Sapphire Preferred with an 8K limit and my Chase Freedom and Freedom Unlimited with 5K limits. I got the original Slate and Freedom Unlimited in September 2017. Originally I was told to wait 12 months for a product change then he actually allowed me to do it with having the cards for 4 months or so. Im very happy! Thsi was the combo I wanted. Next year Ill apply for the Reserve and the Business Ink. Ill be set for life then on cards. Doing the happy dance!
