Hi all when asking for a credit line increase is it a soft or hard pull? I called credit department and was tod rhey can not say if it's a soft or hard pull any help will be greatly appreciated

They told me the same nonsense. One rep even told me they dont decide if its a hard or soft pull that the bureau decides. lol
